China, Vietnam and India are three of the fastest growing economies in the world and have rapid expansion of materials and equipment opportunities., as well as low cost labor and highly skilled, technical labor forces. The majority of process lines and individual components are imported from Asia as a result of their growing sophistication and low cost positions..

There are opportunities for small businesses to benefit from much lower costs but few small businesses have the knowledge, experience or confidence to attempt to source from Asia. Large businesses do this on a daily basis to get the best cost and value.

It is problematic to assume that buying a process line or individual components is a simple transaction that can be effectively pulled off by a U.S. solicitor who has little experience in Asia and does not understand the culture, speak the language or have government contacts and experience.
THOMAS GESTRICH
Founder & CEO
Mr. Gestrich is a highly experienced and successful Executive Manager with 40 years business experience in global Industrial buildouts and operations. Mr Gestrich is a Chemical Engineer by education with key strengths and successes in organic investment and building and operating world class, low cost manufacturing operations. Mr. Gestrich led project design and implemented operational excellence from the bottom up including small projects to operations in excess of $1bn. Mr. Gestrich has 25+ years of organizational leadership in Asia, having lived in China for 6 years where he completed JV’s and successfully built out new and existing operations across Asia during his tenure as President of International Paper Asia,. During these years, the opportunity for a procurement business was conceived and became a realization.

DAVID SUDDENDORF
Senior Consultant & Project Manager
David has worked with lower middle-market companies as a lender, operator and investment banker since 2013. As an investment banker, David has arranged over $75 million in financings for companies across diverse industries. He previously worked in special situations credit investing, investment banking, and commercial real estate leasing at Hunting Dog Capital, B. Riley FBR, and Equity Office Properties.

He earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of Washington, and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
